Wilstem Guest Ranch | Events

From weddings to reunions to corporate retreats, Wilstem Guest Ranch can host just about any group event. Wilstem’s event staff can plan every aspect of a group visit, including catering, and even live music. Large tents are available for outdoor gatherings, and the handicapped accessible historic Red Barn can accommodate up to 250 in its loft. Wilstem’s cabins can accommodate 93 people; in nearby French Lick our Big Splash Water Park and Hotel offers 154 family guest rooms. (1.877.936.3866)

Meetings

Meetings at Wilstem Ranch Wilstem Guest Ranch is ideal for a corporate retreat or organization meeting. Wilstem's event staff can organize team-building activities and provide full-service catering. The Walnut Lodge can host up to 29 people, or use the loft of the Big Red Barn for groups of up to 250.

Weddings

Weddings at Wilstem Ranch Let Wilstem Guest Ranch plan and host your wedding. Our event planners will take care of everything including the catering. The Loft in our Big Red Barn will host up to 250 and a tent is available for outdoor gatherings. There is plenty of lodging for guests and the Honeymoon Cottage is very private. Let our event planners take care of everything including catering.

Our Honeymoon Cottage nestled in the woods features a king-size bed, fireplace and heart-shaped Jacuzzi.


Reunions

Reunions at Wilstem Ranch Beautiful natural scenery and wide open spaces make Wilstem Guest Ranch a great place for reunions. Families can enjoy a campfire, swim, play volleyball, and explore the 30 miles of trails on horseback, hiking, or biking. All Wilstem accommodations have fully-equipped kitchens.

Hayrides French Lick, IN

  • The Grounds

    Wilstem Guest Ranch's beautiful scenery and rolling hills make a stunning backdrop to any outside event (Loft rental is required). Please inquire for rates.

  • The White Tent

    Make your outside event stand out with our 30' x 60' elegant white tent. The tent has three center poles and peaks; it holds up to 250 people. Optional side panels with windows are available.

  • Horse & Carriage

    Wilstem’s beautiful white horse-drawn carriage is the perfect way to make a grand entrance or exit.

  • Hayrides

    Bring your family or group and enjoy an old-fashioned tractor-drawn hayride. This 45 minute ride requires advanced reservation; maximum of 38 people per ride.

  • Trail Rides

    Wrangler-led, walking trail rides are available for riders age 7 and up, up to 250 lb. Rides are Monday-Sunday, 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. year round, weather permitting (every 2 children must be accompanied by an adult).
    Arena Rides are also available for children 3 yrs. and older.
    Prices: (Ages 7 and up) 1hr $ 34, 1 1/2hr $49, (ages 13 and up) 2hr $59, (ages 3 and up) arena rides $12. Guest Stall Rentals: $ 25 per day, bedding provided.
